We designed this dual-occupancy development in response to a growing demand for homes that offer the comfort and generosity of a family residence, without the upkeep of a large suburban block. Set across a compact 470sqm site, the project delivers two architecturally distinct homes that share a cohesive material palette while carefully responding to the site’s four-metre fall and dual street access. Each residence enjoys its own address, double garage, and strong connection to light, privacy, and landscape.

A refined combination of face brick, timber-grained aluminium cladding, polished concrete, timber detailing, marble surfaces, and textured glass creates homes that feel both understated and highly considered. Living spaces are elevated to capture ocean views and natural light, with expansive glazing and layered outdoor terraces strengthening the connection to the nearby beach. Designed for downsizers and lifestyle-focused living, the project demonstrates how thoughtful architecture can maximise both amenity and value on a smaller footprint.
