With daring cantilevers, sweeping curves and cascading planting, the design of this duplex feels bold but surprisingly soft simultaneously.  

Brick screens and deep overhangs provide sun shading and privacy whilst a double height void located in the middle of the dwelling create drama and maximise daylight and ventilation.  

Bagged and textured brickwork further add tactility and create a play of light and shadow on the façade.
