Our Studio is made up of a diverse group of creative individuals from a multitude of cultural backgrounds.

Bridie Gough founded the studio in 2013 and has successfully built strong and genuine relationships within the industry and across a range or project typologies and scales.

Settling the Studio in the heart of Manly, Platform Architects have, and continue to, contribute significantly to a more sustainable built form in and around Sydney’s Northern Beaches as well as across the wider Sydney Region. From inception of a project – we focus on a thorough site analysis to inform our sustainability initiatives including orientation, geography, geology, solar, surrounding context, and materiality. We embrace our responsibility as Architects, to contribute to the preservation of human, social, economic and environmental sustainability and using principles of simplicity, timelessness, beauty and functionality, the Studio designs for longevity to ensure the energy captured in a new building does not need replacing in the foreseeable future.
