The skewed gabled roof form is a prominent and contemporary design that immediately piques people’s interest whilst being both familiar and human in scale.  

The homes are organised into small groupings with each grouping given a different material or colour to create a sense of ownership and individuality in a larger context. A mix of two and three storey dwellings with different setbacks create an interesting rhythm along the street and maximises solar access and cross ventilation into the blocks.
