Platform Architects developed a scheme that was not only a good  fit with the surrounding suburban context, but also one that met the demands of the residential property market and was architecturally significant.

 

We achieved a higher than allowable FSR and maximised the car parking into a single level basement design.

 

The building is currently under construction and Platform Architects have maintained a consultancy role during construction.
