This residential development, located in Sydney’s former industrial precinct, presented a complex design and construction opportunity due to its heritage listing. The original warehouse was maintained and converted to 8 apartments whilst the new portion of the development offered an additional 33 apartments.
Platform were engaged to undertake a section 96 on the approved DA to add value by way of a more efficient parking layout and to address some existing non compliant design issues. We then carried out Construction Certificate services and Construction Stage consultation.
